A tak refinancuje, neboli m\u011bn\u00ed jednu hypot\u00e9ku za jinou. M\u016f\u017ee tak u\u010dinit tehdy, kdy\u017e mu skon\u010d\u00ed dosud trvaj\u00edc\u00ed fixace, a m\u016f\u017ee si t\u00edm i citeln\u011b polep\u0161it. Ov\u0161em z\u00e1konit\u011b tak\u00e9 nemus\u00ed. Proto\u017ee je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v potaz v\u0161e, co takov\u00e9 https:\/\/www.americka-nebankovni-hypoteka.cz\/refinancovani-hypoteky\/ p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. Proto\u017ee se tu m\u016f\u017ee objevit i leccos, co \u010din\u00ed zd\u00e1nliv\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddku ne zase a\u017e tak dobrou, respektive na tom lze dokonce i prod\u011blat. T\u0159eba kv\u016fli r\u016fzn\u00fdm poplatk\u016fm a dal\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1le\u017eitostem. A proto by m\u011bl \u010dlov\u011bk dvakr\u00e1t m\u011b\u0159it, ne\u017e jednou \u0159\u00edzne. A mo\u017en\u00e1 nen\u00ed od v\u011bci obr\u00e1tit se na n\u011bjak\u00e9ho zku\u0161en\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00edho poradce, jen\u017e to dok\u00e1\u017ee daleko l\u00e9pe posoudit.
