My si ov\u0161em nemus\u00edme pochutn\u00e1vat jenom na t\u00e9 klasick\u00e9 hn\u011bd\u00e9 \u010do\u010dce, m\u016f\u017eeme si koupit \u010dervenou, \u017elutou nebo \u010dernou, dochutit ji ko\u0159en\u00edm dle libosti (paprika, kari, chilli nebo i provens\u00e1lsk\u00e9 bylinky), uva\u0159it k tomu vejce pro b\u00edlkoviny a n\u011bjak\u00fd ten chleba na z\u00e1kus s okurkou. Jednoduch\u00e9, chutn\u00e9 a rychl\u00e9. A to jsou jenom dva recepty, kter\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dne ka\u017ed\u00fd a nepot\u0159ebuje k tomu b\u00fdt nijak zku\u0161en\u00fd kucha\u0159. A takov\u00fdch recept\u016f najdete bezesporu kvanta. C\u00edlem je to, aby va\u0161e rychl\u00e9 j\u00eddlo nebylo jenom takov\u00e9 jak\u00e9si j\u00eddlo na zapl\u00e1cnut\u00ed, ale abyste do sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla dostali pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 \u017eiviny a slo\u017eky, kter\u00e9 udr\u017e\u00ed va\u0161e t\u011blo v kondici a vy budete zasyceni a p\u0159ipraveni na cel\u00fd den pr\u00e1ce.
